1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who can use InCorr

InCorr is intended for licensed therapists, coaches, counsellors, and allied health practitioners. By signing up you confirm that you are a professional practitioner or are enrolled in a relevant training programme. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do not meet this criteria.

3. Membership and billing

Membership is subscription-based and billed in advance. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

4. Content and intellectual property

All course content, videos, PDFs, workshop recordings, and materials are owned by InCorr or its faculty and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or share content outside the platform.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your login credentials with others
  • Record, screenshot, or redistribute any content
  • Use the platform in any way that could harm other members or faculty
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls or curriculum gating

6. Professional responsibility

InCorr provides educational content for continuing professional development. Nothing on this platform constitutes clinical supervision, therapy, or professional advice. You remain solely responsible for your professional practice and clinical decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InCorr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
